Express and connect through creation
Our Creative Group is a relaxed, supportive space for neurodivergent young people to explore hands-on projects, try new ideas, and connect with others through creativity.
There’s no pressure to talk or perform, you can engage at your own pace, alongside others, in a welcoming environment.
Projects may include:
- Bracelet making
- Painting and art projects
- Basket weaving
- 3D-model building
- And much more, guided by your interests!
What you’ll have the opportunity to practice:
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Independence and teamwork
- Organisation, planning, and time management
- Communication and social skills
- Enterprise skills for the future

This group is grounded in the autistic interaction style of parallel play, meaning you can work alongside others without pressure to perform, speak, or share more than you want. Growth and learning happen at your own pace.
Group Details:
- When: Wednesdays, 10:00am – 2:00pm
- Start date: Wednesday, 5 February 2026
- Ages: 16 - 30 years old
- Group size: Maximum 8 participants
