- We accept referrals from individuals, families, professionals, and service providers.
- In-person or telehealth formats available.
- A referral and Mental Health Plan from a GP, Paediatrician or Psychiatrist may enable you to a Medicare rebate that will cover a significant portion of the cost of your session.
- We provide psychological therapy, assessment, and recommendation services to both self-funded clients and those accessing support through the NDIS (self- or plan-managed).
Psychological Diagnostic Assessment:
Neuro-affirming assessments for Autism, ADHD, Learning Disorders & Disabilities for school-age children and adults.
We offer a range of options for each assessment type to cater for your specific needs and budgets. For those seeking confirmation and understanding of themselves, a letter confirming diagnosis may be suitable for your needs. For those seeking to apply for support and funding, a full report with functional assessment is required. This may be used for applications to the NDIS or other relevant support systems.
We recommend that children undergo a full autism assessment as the nature of autism often means that there are often specific challenges in a range of areas. However, we understand that this is sometimes financially challenging, so we invite you to contact our clinic to discuss payment plan options.
If you have a referral from a Paediatrician or Psychiatrist you may be eligible for Medicare rebates that cover a small portion of the fees of assessment.
*We recommend anyone who is seeking an ADHD diagnosis to get a GP referral and mental health plan as you may be eligible for Medicare rebates for some of your sessions (for example, feedback).
Please contact our office for assessment costs.
Life Transition Services (NDIS and self-funded):
Specialised and innovative supports to help Autistic young people transition from school to work or study, available to both NDIS-funded and self-funded clients.
Transition planning for young people preparing to leave school and becoming an adult:
We can support autistic young people and their families to put together a plan for the next steps after school as they become an adult.
We recommend that this process starts approximately 12-18 months before the young person is ready to leave school.
Contact our clinic to organise a transition planning assessment — NDIS and private funding options available.
